As the original VCI film company, ZERUST® invented VCI-infused plastic technology. ZERUST® VCI packaging films are available in a wide range of stock and custom options to meet diverse corrosion protection needs.
VCI films are offered in multiple sizes and MIL thicknesses, and can be manufactured as VCI plastic sheets, tubing, J-sheeting, and C-fold sheeting. Stock bag options include flat VCI bags, zipper bags, and VCI gusset liners, providing flexible packaging solutions for a variety of applications.

ZERUST® VCI Emitters & VCI Diffusers
VCI Emitters (also known as VCI diffusers) are used for targeted corrosion protection for hard-to-reach surfaces within enclosed spaces. They can also be used as added protection to ZERUST® VCI packaging products. Additionally, VCI Emitters are self-contained, portable products that diffuse ZERUST® Vapor Corrosion Inhibitors (VCIs) chemicals to protect metals within enclosures from corrosion.

ZERUST® AxxaClean™ rust and tarnish removers are powerful solutions for the rework and recovery of metal items. We offer a range of industrial rust removers from pH neutral products to more aggressive products that also inhibit flash corrosion on cleaned surfaces. Thus, providing safe and simple solutions for rust prevention and removal on metal.
ZERUST® AxxaWash™ cleaners & degreasers are uniquely formulated to effectively remove light-to-medium hydrocarbon soils, leaving a clean metal surface and providing short-term rust protection. These wash solutions also enhance the effectiveness of rust and corrosion inhibiting products.

We provide a wide range of ZERUST® products, including inhibiting films, kraft papers, VCI bags, and VCI sheeting technologies. Sourced from responsibly managed forests, ZERUST® VCI Paper packaging products are also acid free and pH neutral. Furthermore, they are produced without bleaching agents and in facilities powered with renewable energy. With corrosion inhibiting VCI paper and poly laminated VC paper, your metal parts are protected from corrosion during shipping and storage.
